NERF Training Camp: the exciting new team activity at Haven
Combining all the excitement of paintball with the speed and agility of basketball, NERF Training Camp is a fast-paced team activity that will get your mind and body working together - and it’s available now at selected Haven holiday parks!
The new activity, which is exclusive to Haven, pairs two teams of up to eight players against each other in a battle for victory. Each player is armed with a NERF blaster, as they try to get the ball into their opponents’ net. Can your team duck and dive to avoid being hit? And will your team's strategy outwit your opponents and claim victory?
Featuring an inflatable arena, or a range of inflatable obstacles that you’ll need to navigate, this high-energy activity sees four players from each team on the field, and four in their ‘home’ area at any given time, with points added each time you score in your opponents’ net. Get struck by a dart, and you’ll need to tag in another player from the home area to replace you.
Strategy, gameplay and teamwork are all key ingredients if you want to graduate NERF Training Camp and defeat your opponents.
Ready to battle? Don your protective goggles and your team bibs and get set for 45 minutes of high-energy NERF fun. This new activity is available for ages 6-11 or 12 and over in separate sessions.
NERF Training Camp launched in early summer 2023, and you can now book up to 12 weeks before your holiday date. The full list of parks is below, and you can check the live activity listings to find out when it's scheduled at your preferred park.

Swimming pools
Our swimming pools are the centrepieces of our parks. Regardless of where you stay with us, you’ll find a fantastic pool onsite. It doesn’t matter if you’re there for a splash, a relaxing float or if you fancy swimming some widths, our pools cater for it all. We think some of the best holiday memories are made here, and with an array of indoor and outdoor spaces you’re covered whatever the weather. Flumes, lazy rivers and those all-important slides are on hand at many of our parks to make every dip into the water an entertaining one.

There is no booking required for anyone wanting to swim in our standalone outdoor pools*, or for those swimming indoors after 6pm on weekends, during the school holidays and on bank holidays.
Ranger activities
A trip to the coast gives everyone the opportunity to escape the confines of urban life. This handpicked range of exercises allow all the family to experience and explore the glorious great outdoors in some of the country’s most awe-inspiring areas. Your little ones will love getting their hands dirty as they learn outdoor bushcraft skills that they can take home with them.
These sessions make the most of your special seaside hideaway, as you get closer to the untouched natural neighbours of our parks that keep everyone coming back for more each year.
Active sports
We love our sport at Haven and there is no better place to develop your sporting skills than at our parks. You’ll find structured sessions hosted in fantastic facilities, and as a proud partner of Team GB, we’re passionate about inspiring the next generation of sports stars to represent the country at future Olympic Games. Everything from football to golf is practiced at Haven, and we can cater for every playing ability and generation. Our bike hire service gives you all the chance to explore the coast on two wheels, an incredible way to take in the scenery surrounding us.
Arts and Crafts
Step onto one of our parks offering creative activities and get your creative juices flowing with our fantastic range of arts and crafts sessions. Hosted by our friendly team, there are so many ways to get your hands busy, with all generations involved in creating an artistic masterpiece that doubles up as a souvenir that can be taken home. Whether it’s colouring or pottery decorating, you’ll find these special spaces to hone your skills at some of our parks dotted up and down the country.
