TERMS & CONDITIONS
~~ DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ~~
All deposits must be paid in the time scale given on the BOOKING INFO, all further payments must be made within the scheduled time frame and no later than 2 WEEKS prior to arrival, Failure to meet these conditions result in cancellation with NO refund of monies paid.***
Upon making your Deposit Payment you are accepting of BCH Terms & Conditions
ALL Deposits are Non-refundable
~~ DAMAGES ~~
The Caravans are inspected prior to arrival, any damages that occur during your stay should be reported to BCH immedietly, The guest will be held responsible for any damages that occur by them. Damages over £100 can result in the owner taking the guest to small claims court to retrieve the costs if co-operation is not given.
~~CANCELLATIONS~~
Cancellation Policy. .... Deposits are Non refundable. ..(this is your first down payment of £50
If cancellation occurs due to an owner cancelling then a FULL refund will be given. We can also sort alternative accomodation if desired.
If the balance in full is not received by 2 Weeks Prior to arrival BCH reserve the right to Cancel with no refund given
If you cancel your holiday you will recieve half of what you have paid if the time period is outside of the 6 weeks bracket (Less deposit) Or you will be given an option of rescheduled dates
NO REFUNDS GIVEN if holiday is cancelled within 4 weeks of the holiday date NO matter what your reason is for cancelling

~~ BEHAVIOUR/ RULES ~~
If any of our Holiday Home are found to be OVER-CROWDED then the whole party will be asked to leave straight away, failure to do so will result in security removing the party.
If Pets are found to be in any of our accomodation that does not accept pets, the whole party will be asked to leave straight away, failure to do so will result in security removing the party.
No same sex party groups (stag & hens) HAVEN RULE
We ask all guests to respect our holiday homes, failure to do so can result in damages bond being kept for deep cleans etc.
Park staff/ Owners or BCH have the right to remove the guests if they are causing any nuiscance or displaying anti-social behaviour on park or in caravan.
NO SMOKING policy in all our caravans
~~ BASIC INFO ~~
Arrival & Departure times will be listed on the Caravan description you choose
All Caravans have key safe's, so no need for standing in any que's. Code's are given upon final balance being paid.
We DO NOT supply passes for the park, these can be bought online or at reception. Prices are ever changing and you should call reception to confirm this price prior to arrival. Passes are not needed for every activity or area again this should be confirmed with the park.
