PLEASE READ ALL BOOKING INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING

Once you have selected your holiday accommodation and it is showing as available go ahead and select BOOK NOW. Enter all details required on the customer info form. 

Proceed to payment, at this stage you are only required to place a £50.00 non-refundable deposit*, either by our automatic payment system or by bank transfer**

Reference - YOUR NAME or BCH BOOKING ID

Once Deposit has been paid your booking is confirmed and you will receive confirmation via E-Mail. We will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm how you would like you pay the remainder of TOTAL COST. The options are-

~ Weekly/2Weekly/Monthly Payment Plan 

~ Balance In Full (straight away)

~ Balance in Full (No later than 2 weeks before arrival date)

We are open to discussing which option is best for you and can tailor to your requirements

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS- If a booking is taken with less than 2 weeks left till arrival, FULL balance is required within 24 hours of completing booking form

DAMAGES BOND- ALL our caravan owners require a damages deposit ON TOP of rental price, most are £70.00 however please check the caravan listing to confirm the amount. This is payable no later than 14 days prior to arrival and will be returned by way of immediate bank transfer from BCH*** upon inspection of the caravan providing the accomodation is left in the same condition as arrival. 

When there is found to be significant damage it is then down to the discretion of the Owner if the guests receives ALL/PARTIAL/NONE of the Bond back.

*all deposits are non refundable unless the holiday is cancelled by the owner or due to current lockdown restrictions and park closures (an option of transferring to another date will also be offered)

** Bank transfer must be made within 60mins of placing booking online to secure date, failure to do so will result in booking cancellation
